Welcome to Wave Padel! These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all purchases and use of the services and products offered through our website www.wave-padel.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). By using our Website, placing an order, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms apply to all agreements concluded via the Website of Wave Padel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Wave Padel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Website. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the Terms in effect at that time.

2. Product Information

2.1 We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and display correct product images. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information will always be entirely error-free.

2.2 All prices on the Website are listed in € (EURO) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any additional fees will be specified separately.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1 An order placed via the Website is only binding once it has been confirmed by us. Wave Padel reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example, in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing information.

3.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The purchase agreement becomes effective once we confirm the order.

4. Payment

4.1 Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the Website. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not successfully completed.

4.2 If Wave Padel cancels an order, any payments already made will be refunded within 7 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are stated on the Website and in your order confirmation. However, these delivery times are indicative and may vary.

5.2 We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

6. Return Policy

6.1 You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in an undamaged and unused condition, with original labels and packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

6.2 Return costs will be covered by Wave Padel if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival or if the wrong item was delivered.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 Wave Padel provides a warranty on all products as required by applicable law. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or customer-induced damage.

7.2 Wave Padel is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profits resulting from the use of our products or services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Wave Padel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.2 In the event of a dispute between Wave Padel and the customer, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue through mutual consultation. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
